There’s lots of good deals to be had in Vegas but ATM fees aren’t one of them! If you are anywhere around the strip it seems like $3 might be the lowest fee to be had which is ridiculous.
ATMs in Vegas are such a ripoff!
Fashion Mall and Trump Int’l have machines with a $3 fee. These ATM machines are branded as Triton and provide simple ATM service. The casinos with ATM’s on the floor operate machines that cash in your gaming credit in addition to providing ATM cash out for $4.99 which is outrageous! Frankly those kind of fees make you think twice before pulling out a few bucks to play.
In pursuit of saving a few bones, Vegas Cheaply went down the strip to McDonald’s looking for their classic $0.99 ATM machine and they didn’t have one. 
So what’s a cheapie to do? Either bring enough cash or make sure to charge game play on account. If you head off the strip look around for a bank to hit up since their fees are usually lower. Finally, if you absolutely need to make a pricey ATM withdrawal, make sure to take out as much as possible in one shot to keep the fee low as a percentage!
